Vélo North Giveaway Terms and Conditions

We always want to be transparent and fair, so here are our T&C’s for you to take a look.

  • By submitting your details, you are indicating your consent to receiving emails from Yellow Jersey with information about the Vélo North Giveaway.
  • If you have opted in to receive information from Yellow Jersey then you will receive information about the prize as well as marketing information.
  • Your details will not be passed to any third party companies outside of Yellow Jersey (which is a trading style of The Plan Group Ltd.).
  • Yellow Jersey will provide the Prize of two tickets per winner, to two winners, to either the 50 mile or 100 mile event at Vélo North 2019.
  • The prize draw is open to residents of the UK residents aged 18 years and over.
  • No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
  • If the selected winner cannot be contacted or does not respond, Yellow Jersey reserves the right to redraw and offer the Prize to a different winner.
  • Each ticket is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
  • Yellow Jersey accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with each Prize and not specifically included in each Prize.
  • Yellow Jersey accepts no responsibility and disclaims any liability (other than set out below) for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the giveaway or accepting the Prize.
  • The winners will be contacted via email. You can also find out who has won the prize by sending a stamped addressed envelope, marked with the name of the giveaway to Yellow Jersey, Prospero, 73 London Road, Redhill RH1 1LQ, 30 days after the closing date of the giveaway.
  • If the advertised Prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
  • This giveaway is being run by Yellow Jersey Prospero, 73 London Road, Redhill RH1 1LQ. Yellow Jersey reserves the right to amend these rules of the giveaway at any time. Any changes will be updated on the giveaway web page.
  • Employees of The Plan Group Ltd. and members of their immediate families (including any live-in partner or household member) of any of the following may not enter.
