What Our Team Does

Our claims and operations work is handled in-house, which can include:

Speaking directly with customers after theft, damage or travel-related incidents
Gathering and verifying claim information accurately and fairly
Coordinating repairs, replacements and sourcing components or complete bikes
Working with suppliers and partners to deliver a smooth customer experience
Keeping records and case notes up to date, with strong attention to detail
