Yellow Jersey are proud to announce their end of season sportive, the Maillot Jaune. Being run with our friends at 5034events, the sign posted 100k course has been designed by the Yellow Jersey team.
Setting out from Cobham, the route takes in some beautiful cycling on the Surrey hills, incorporating sections used in the Olympic road race and Pru Ride London for those not lucky enough to have got themselves a golden ticket to last week’s ride.
Between London and Guildford, route forms part of our regular stomping ground, so rest assured the roads and hills have been handpicked by us for some of the best riding in the South East of England.
For those of you who have attended our events in the past, you will know we tend to get a little over excited. We have already found some special guests who we will announce next week, to come along and really push everyone taking part. The Yellow Jersey team will be riding and manning the food stop half way round, so prepare yourself for an avalanche of infamous YJ flapjacks.
Set for the sixth of September, the Maillot Jaune is one of the last Sportives of the road season, so a great opportunity to test your progress from the summer in a friendly organised event.
